Choosing the Right Booth and Package

Great news—our packages are totally customizable! Start by choosing how long you want the booth (3 hours is the minimum, but 4 is our most popular). All rental packages from New England Photo Booth include unlimited photo sessions, unlimited prints/digital sharing, handheld sign props, your choice of photo/video layout, a custom logo design for the photos/videos, a premium backdrop selection, and an onsite technician.

Customization and Personalization

Absolutely! We can customize the entire experience to match your brand or event theme. This includes the backdrop, the photo strip/logo design, and even the exterior of the booth itself. Yes! We offer custom 8' x 10' tension fabric backdrops starting at $150+. Pricing depends on design, event date, and lead time. Whether it’s a logo step-and-repeat, a fun theme, or something unique, we’ll work with you to design the perfect backdrop. A photo booth logo is the design surrounding your printed photos or the frame for your video. You can work with our team to create a design that fits your event, or you can submit your own design file (.jpg, .png, or .eps). Yes, we include a fun assortment of handheld sign props with every booth rental, but feel free to bring your own to put out alongside ours if you have specific themed items you want to use. Upgrade any package to include wearable props (such as hats, glasses, masks, boas, etc.) or work with one of our Event Specialists to compile a custom prop package, starting around $150.

Booking & Payment

It’s easy! Pick your booth and package, and we’ll send over everything you need—agreement, deposit invoice, and a form to gather all your event details. Once we have your signed agreement or deposit, your booth is officially reserved. Then, we’ll work with you on backdrops, layouts, logos—whatever you need to make the booth uniquely yours!
Yes, a $300 deposit is required for events booked at least 30 days in advance. For events within 30 days, full payment is due at signing. The remaining balance (if a deposit was paid) is due one week before the event. We accept credit cards (with a small fee), checks, and Cash/Venmo (with prior arrangement). Payment plans are also available if arranged at the time of booking.
The sooner, the better! Most people book 6-12 months out, but we’re flexible and can often handle last-minute requests too. We’re currently taking reservations up to three years in advance, so if you’ve got a date in mind, let’s lock it in!

Event Logistics and Operations

We’ll begin setup about 90 minutes before your event starts, so everything is ready to go on time. Breakdown starts immediately after the event and takes about 30 minutes. Setup and breakdown are included at no extra cost. Note: Once the booth is set up, it cannot be moved unless arranged in advance.
Here’s what we’ll need: one vendor meal (if you’re serving food) and one parking spot for each booth. The booth itself requires a 10’x10’ space, 8.5’ ceilings for the backdrop, one electric outlet, and a table with linen for props. If you’re renting a video booth, we’ll also need wifi for digital sharing.
Yes, all our booths can be set up outdoors. We just need flat ground (grass or pavement works), and ideally a covered area that’s at least 8.5’ tall to accommodate the backdrop. Clients are responsible for covering the booth for continued service if the weather turns. We also need access to a standard outlet, but a generator can be provided for an additional cost if needed.

Event Enhancements and Guest Experience

It depends on the booth type, but most of our booths can comfortably fit 6-8 people. Some of our more open-air booths can accommodate even larger groups, so everyone can get in on the fun!
Yes! You’ll have one of our awesome technicians on-site to set everything up, keep things running, and break it all down afterward. Our tech will assist your guests with everything from printed photos to guestbook assembly (if applicable). They’ll make sure everything runs seamlessly, so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Yes, we offer the option to extend your booth time during the event, depending on availability. Just let our technician know, and they’ll confirm the additional time with you. Extension fees are charged per hour and can be arranged on the spot.
Yes! Our photo booths are designed to be accessible for everyone, including guests with mobility devices. If you have specific concerns or need any accommodations, let us know ahead of time, and we’ll make sure everything is set up to be inclusive for all your guests.
Nope! Every rental includes unlimited photo/video sessions and unlimited printing for guests. Your guests can take as many photos as they’d like during the booth’s operation time, so everyone can enjoy multiple rounds of photos without any extra charges.

After the Event

If digital copies are part of your package, we’ll send you an email with a link to your online gallery within 3 weeks following your event. The full digital gallery will contain the raw original photos and the branded photos we designed & printed onsite.
